The Tenants Services Authority - was set up as a result of the 2008 Housing and Regeneration Act. The Act increases the TSA’s powers over the regulation of social housing. Here you can find out more about their powers -  There is also a section specifically for residents to 'Find & Compare landlords' where residents can see how their landlord is performing and compare it to other housing associations in the area. Hampshire Home Choice - Hampshire Home Choice is a new way of applying for a housing association home or a transfer. Instead of Housing Officers matching you with properties, you will be able to "bid" for a vacant home via the Hampshire Home Choice website or via an automated telephone line. No money is required to bid it is just a means of  indicating an interest in a vacant property. A User Guide explaining how the new system works is available on the website. Choice Based Lettings - Petersfield Housing Association advertise all their available properties on Hampshire Home Choice. This is a sub-regional choice-based lettings scheme, covering East Hampshire, Winchester, Havant and Test Valley.
