ORCHARD LANE, ALTON

Petersfield Housing Association  worked with local developer HA & DB Kitchin Ltd to build much needed affordable homes for rent. The 14 one and two bed flats are part funded by the Homes & Communities Agency and East Hampshire District Council and were completed in January 2011.

Denise Rajchel, Petersfield Housing Association's Chief Executive said, “During these difficult economic times, we are proud to be able to develop much needed housing for local people. The development is in an excellent location. It is only a short walk to all local amenities as well as to a rail service with a direct route into London''.

The homes will be advertised through the Choice Based Lettings system known as Hampshire Home Choice. Choice Based Lettings ensures that new and existing social housing tenants have more choice and control over where they live.

PARCHMENT PLACE, HAVANT

Petersfield Housing Association purchased some new houses in Havant to help meet the growing housing housing need in the area.
