How to give a compliment

As much as the Association knows the importance of providing an excellent service in all areas or our work, it is rewarding for staff for this to be acknowledged and to be told that we are doing a good job. It is all too easy to raise concerns, but sometimes even easier to forget to say a simple “thank you”. If you have experienced a good quality service from the Association, it would be good to hear from you. You can do this verbally or in writing and don’t forget, this can be in relation to any matter that we have become involved in e.g. maintenance or debt advice.
